Which neighbour would you rather have?

'My neighbour is absolutely amazing! She's always got a smile on her face and has a real zest for life. She loves bright colours, the brighter the better! She brings joy and laughter wherever she goes so is a delight to spend time with'
'There's and elderly lady next door who lives alone as her husband passed away years ago. I don't think she's got many friends and seems to spend most of her time in the garden.'
So which neighbour did you choose?
What if I said both descriptions were about the same lady!
The two descriptions would have conjured up very different pictures in your mind and triggered different emotions which would have influenced your decision.
Your amazing mind responds to the pictures that are generated by the words that you use.
The more descriptive the words, the more vivid and detailed the pictures.
This then activates your emotions which determines how you respond.
What words do you use to describe yourself either out loud or in your head?
💖 Loving, enthusiastic, motivated, confident, high achiever, courageous, happy, proactive, adaptable etc.
🖤 Idiot, burden, pathetic, submissive, lazy, stupid, unlucky, boring, depressed, powerless, exhausted etc.
Your choice of words will be influencing your emotions.
So if you want to feel better about yourself start using more positive words.
As brilliant as your mind is it’s easily fooled and you can use this to your advantage. Since they are your thoughts and words it believes them to be true and they become affirmations.
The pictures that are conjured up in your mind go on to form a blue print for your subconscious mind to work towards manifesting.
The law of attraction responds to your vibrational frequency so when you feel good about yourself you’ll attract wonderful things, people and experiences to you too so that’s quite an incentive.
So let me help you get started with some affirmations that will serve you well.
💖 ‘I am enough and I will always be enough no matter what’
💖 ‘I love, honour and respect myself’
💖 ‘I have everything I need to succeed’
💖 ‘I am worthy and deserving of the very best in life and I joyously accept it now’
💖 ‘I have phenomenal coping skills’
💖 ‘This is challenging but I love a challenge!’
